Blog Bites for 2009-09-16

• One of the tomatoes that I cut into for dinner was sweet and was pink & yellow inside, like a peach. Cutting Veg farm tomatoes FTW. #
• Wondering if I should have gone to CaseCamp after all. In other news, my brain knew that roasted jalapeño would be hot. My mouth forgot. #
• Eggplant & beets are roasting (separate pans – both needed 400˚/1hr). Lentils are on the stove. Lentils to go in salad w/ eggplant. #
